Marketing, Sales & Social Media Manager

Job Description:
BRIX Coffee & Plant Energy is a fast-growing coffee and plant-based beverage brand focused on premium ingredients, clean energy, and a great customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to help grow our brand, increase customer traffic, and expand our product reach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and promotions
• Promote new drinks, specials, and events
• Run and manage social media advertising campaigns
• Develop marketing strategies to increase store traffic and brand awareness
• Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers
• Help promote and expand BRIX Plant Energy products to other locations
• Create marketing materials such as flyers, promotions, and digital ads

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Strong communication and creative skills
• Ability to create engaging photo and video content
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing tools
• Self-motivated and able to generate new marketing ideas
