Position Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the SunnyD and Veryfine portfolio. SunnyD is an iconic brand and the largest one within the Harvest Hill portfolio growing steadily for the past several years. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing communication plans, analyzing in-market performance, and managing multiple agency partners and budgets. This role will interact with all functions and levels, multiple agencies and key stakeholders.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans: briefing, supervising, and measuring advertising/digital media, managing social communities including content development, execution and measurement, spearheading public relations including influencers, and developing promotions (on and off-line).
- Project management: clear understanding of assignments and their significance to larger business, ability to successfully complete projects on time and in full with minimal oversight but understands when to loop in senior managers to assist.
- Agency management: daily execution of marketing initiatives with Agency partners including social media, paid media and PR.
- Budget management: strong commercial knowledge and financial acumen to maximize our ability to deliver against financial commitments.
- Oversee E-Comm including digital shelf optimizations and retailer paid search.
- Conduct syndicated data analyses and post-program analyses to gain insights on market performance drivers and identify future opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Support ad hoc projects including packaging changes, corporate presentations and sales requests.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver the annual operating plan; identify and offer solutions to issues.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering business results
- Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and agencies
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and acts with sense of urgency
