Source and evaluate creators across various platforms to drive conversions Manage the execution of allowlisting, including outreach, negotiation, and launch Track performance metrics in collaboration with the Paid Media team and optimize future campaigns
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of influencer marketing experience At least 1+ year focused on UGC and/or allowlisted performance content Experience managing creator negotiations and budgets at scale Strong grasp of performance metrics such as CPA and CTR Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Spark Ads
