Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Chinese Social Media & Customer Support Coordinator to elevate our brand presence and foster meaningful relationships with our Chinese-speaking audience. In this role, you will craft engaging content, manage social media platforms, and deliver exceptional customer support to enhance brand loyalty and drive digital growth. Your enthusiasm for digital marketing, social media management, and customer engagement will be instrumental in creating a vibrant online community and ensuring customer satisfaction across all channels.

Duties

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Redbook, Douyin, and others to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and blog posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Engage actively with followers through comments, messages, and social listening to understand audience needs, gather feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries or issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via social media channels and email in Mandarin Chinese, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, campaign results, and customer feedback to inform future initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management across Chinese platforms like WeChat, Redbook with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese with attention to proofreading and content creation accuracy.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with customers and influencers alike.
