Marketing/Social Media Specialist

Hana Food is one of the largest organic, gourmet and specialty food distributors in the Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina area, With our focus on the eastern seaboard region, we brings value to our customers by building strong business relationships and by delivering quality that people have come to expect from our products. As we've recently started PB and OEM production of snacks and beverages, we're actively recruiting a social marketing manager to raise product brand awareness through social media.

Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns for our snack, beverage, and other products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in social media platforms, content marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our social media campaigns, event marketing efforts, and PR reach out to drive engagement and increase brand awareness (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube....and more.)
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns for our snack and beverage products
• Create engaging social media content, including graphics, images, videos, and copy
• Manage our social media channels and respond to customer inquiries
• Track and analyze social media performance
• Conduct outreach to PR contacts to promote brands and coordinate giftings
• Collaborate with other marketing team members
• Influencer colab

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Korean / English
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and analytics
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in video and photo editing is a plus
• Experience with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus
• Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns
• Experience in the Retail industry with products marketing
