Director of Influencer Marketing

A company is looking for a Director of Production Influencer Marketing. Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of Associate Producers, Producers, and Senior Producers to ensure successful project outcomes Oversee executional excellence and operational rigor of influencer marketing projects, providing strategic guidance and support Ensure compliance with financial tools and processes, managing budgets and tracking project costs effectively

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of client-facing production or influencer marketing experience At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 3 or more Proven track record of successful process development for large teams or organizations Experience in coaching employees and implementing performance improvement plans Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple disciplines
