We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s online presence in both real estate and hospitality. In this role, you will develop innovative marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and analyze digital performance to elevate brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Our brand includes a historic music venue and community pizzeria set in a historic property. In addition to managing this specific property marketing and socials you will also oversee other property sites and posts on zillow, instagram, tik tok and youtube.
<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Tik Tok, Facebook Advertising and other digital ad platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics software to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, photographers, and public relations specialists to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand presence through strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the use of Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for content creation and editing.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, E-commerce promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives to support sales growth.
<Skills>
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
- Expertise in SEO techniques including keyword research to improve content discoverability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing tasks.
- Strong knowledge of social listening tools like Buffer or Hootsuite for monitoring online conversations or scheduling posts with staff.
- Skilled in public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation through media outreach.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with proven results in audience targeting and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic patterns and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is error-free and aligned with branding standards.
- Knowledge of branding principles combined with digital marketing expertise to craft compelling brand stories.
- Experience in photography or video editing enhances visual storytelling capabilities.
- Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with influencers, partners, and internal teams effectively.
