Abou****t the Role:

We’re seeking a creative Social Media Intern to support our growing digital presence. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about content creation, influencer marketing, and community engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience in social strategy, short-form video production, and social commerce while working closely with our Sr Social Media Manager.

Essential Responsiblites:

Community Management

• Monitor and engage with audiences across all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned voice
• Foster positive conversations and build brand loyalty within our community

Content Creation

• Capture and edit iPhone video content in our Fargo HQ for short-form platforms
• Assist in developing TikTok-first content concepts
• Support on-trend, engaging, and educational video production

Copywriting

• Write compelling, on-brand captions for social posts
• Adapt messaging to fit each platform’s audience and best practices

Influencer & Affiliate Support

• Assist with influencer communication, coordination, and tracking
• Support TikTok Shop Affiliate management

Education and Experience:

• Current college student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social trends
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content on iPhone
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
