Role Overview

We are seeking a Brand Content Manager to lead creative content execution and social engagement across Jollity & Co. and Daydream Society. This role owns our visual storytelling, social presence, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate understands that content must both inspire and convert. This position blends content production, digital asset creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Campaign Execution

  • Own and execute monthly content calendar
  • Translate seasonal launches into cohesive campaigns
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platforms
  • Collaborate with Growth team on campaign creative needs
  • Produce digital assets for social, email, website, and wholesale use
  • Ensure brand visuals align with evolving strategy

Social Media & Community

  • Manage all social platforms and engagement
  • Build community through interactive content and UGC
  • Identify trends and platform growth opportunities
  • Develop and manage influencer gifting & ambassador programs

Influencer & Partnership Support

  • Source and nurture micro and mid-tier influencers
  • Track influencer performance in collaboration with Growth
  • Support larger brand collaborations and launches

Wholesale Support

  • Provide visual assets for key wholesale accounts

KPIs

  • Social engagement & growth
  • Content output quality and consistency
  • Influencer conversions (in partnership with Growth)
  • Campaign execution timelines
  • Brand consistency across channels

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years in brand, social, or content marketing
  • Strong visual styling and creative direction skills
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience managing social platforms for consumer brands
  • Highly organized with strong aesthetic sensibility
  • Understanding of performance-driven creative is a plus
  • Some Travel Required

Salary Range: Dependent on Experience

We are open to remote employees; however, candidates located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia are required to work a hybrid schedule from our Norfolk, VA office.
