We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate Aikido’s presence in North America. This role is focused on pipeline generation, brand visibility, and experimentation across growth channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and partnerships to find creative ways to get Aikido in front of developers and security teams.

Think influencer partnerships, unconventional campaigns, events, and out-of-home marketing, anything that drives awareness and pipeline.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape Aikido's growth in the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth campaigns focused on pipeline creation in North America
  • Build partnerships with developer influencers, creators, and security communities
  • Launch creative campaigns across social, developer communities, and emerging channels
  • Run experiments across growth channels to identify what drives awareness and demand
  • Work with sales to translate marketing activity into qualified pipeline
  • Support campaigns around events, conferences, and community activations
  • Develop out-of-home and unconventional marketing initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and double down on what works
  • Help scale marketing programs as Aikido continues to grow in the US
  • 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Experience building campaigns that drive pipeline or measurable growth
  • Strong understanding of developer audiences or B2B SaaS marketing
  • Experience working with content creators, influencers, or developer communities
  • Comfortable running experiments and testing new channels
  • Data-driven mindset with strong ownership
  • Experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, or DevOps is a strong plus
