Role Overview:

This role is responsible for demand-generation marketing and brand awareness in US and some other overseas markets. You will drive brand recognition, lead generation, and conversion through influencer partnerships and multi-platform content operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and produce marketing content (formats include text + visuals, short-form video, and more) and publish high-quality promotional content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and B2B vertical communities.
  • Support and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, coordination, and content placements.
  • Based on product capabilities, propose key directions and actionable plans for product marketing initiatives and marketing campaigns/events.
  • Maintain and organize lead information collected through marketing activities; collaborate with Sales to improve follow-up efficiency and conversion.
  • Track B2B SaaS and ecosystem social media trends, including competitor content strategy, platform feature updates, and user behavior shifts.
  • Analyze performance data, extract insights, and continuously optimize content performance, channel mix, and audience targeting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing/Advertising/Media are preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of social media content creation and operations experience (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • At least 2 years of marketing/promotion experience; familiar with multiple content formats (graphics + copy, short video, etc.).
  • Familiar with influencer marketing/content placements on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, good cross-team collaboration, ability to work independently, creativity, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin ; capable of using both as working languages.
