About the Role
The purpose of the Brand PR & Influencer Marketing Coordinator role is to support the brand communications team in amplifying our voice across influencer marketing, public relations, retail communications, partnerships and events across our Adult Brands. The role is designed to execute the brand communications campaign strategy to building brand awareness and brand love through creative storytelling, talent partnerships, content development, and community building.
Key responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Relationship Management
- Identifying, evaluating, and engaging on-brand influencer talent and content creators
- Own the coordination and execution of our brand content communities including talent discovery, communication, product fulfilment, and content tracking
- Support influencer campaign process from planning to execution (setting deliverables, briefing, usage rights, posting guidelines, reporting, etc.)
- Manage and maintain creator relationships with the brands roster of talent and content creators
- Support the maintenance and organize influencer content libraries and asset management systems
- Manage and update our influencer contact and outreach database
- Support influencer outreach efforts and assist with product gifting logistics
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns
- Monitor influencer content for brand alignment, engagement, and performance insights
PR & Brand Communication
- Support the management and maintenance of our media contact database
- Track and monitor media coverage and brand mentions across platforms
- Contribute to the execution of brand PR and communications strategies
- Assist in drafting press materials and internal/external brand communications as needed
- Contribute to the development of our brand media outreach strategy
- Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for brand campaign ideation
- Support project planning and timeline tracking for key seasonal initiatives
- Maintaining campaign trackers for project management (using tools like Airtable, excel, etc.)
- Assist in compiling competitive research and trend reports
- Provide a consumer informed POV to our campaign development
Events/Activations & Partnerships
- Assist in researching, planning, and organizing brand events and activations
- Provide on-site support during brand events
- Managing external event vendors and agencies
- Help coordinate event recaps, content capture, and post-event reporting
- Supporting brand partnership outreach, proposals and co-branded activation moments
Content Creation
- Support the Content Creation Coordinator and social team with content creation & ideation for our brand channels
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes, UGC-style, or event-based content for social platforms
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Cap Cut, Canva, phone camera capture) and TikTok/Instagram content formats (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
Retail Brand Communications
- Contribute to the creation of monthly/quarterly content calendars for mall and retail partners
- Help develop brand-aligned communication materials for internal retail teams
Desired knowledge, Experience and Key Skills
- Written & Verbal Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills including deck building
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team
- Time Management: Able to priorities tasks and manage time effectively and stay organized across multiple projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite: comfortable using shared documents and spreadsheets for collaboration, tracking, and reporting
- Creative Thinking & Brand Storytelling: Genuine interest in brand communication and marketing with a creative, problem-solving mindset
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of social media content creation for brands or personal platforms.
- Confident on camera with strong styling, speaking, and filming skills.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, social algorithms, and digital trends.
- Proven ability to create high‑engagement, scroll‑stopping content in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion with strong aesthetic and styling sensibilities.
- Skilled in editing short-form video.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing tight timelines. Positive, energetic team player with a creative mindset.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
- Comfortable moving equipment, product, or props as needed for shoots.

CA: This is a full time hourly paid position with a wage range of $ 31.00-$36.00 /hr
