Social Media Marketing Specialist

Overview

Tuuti is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead full-service social media execution across multiple client accounts.

This role is responsible for both strategy and execution, including content ideation, design, publishing, community management, reporting, and optimization. At Tuuti, social media is not just posting. It is brand positioning, audience growth, and measurable impact.

You will collaborate across all departments — including PR, creative, content, media, and account teams — to ensure social aligns with broader campaigns and client goals. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, create confidently, and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly social media content calendars across multiple client accounts
• Create platform-ready graphics using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring brand consistency
• Draft compelling, on-brand captions tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Collaborate with PR, creative, content, and account teams to align social content with broader campaigns
• Assist in planning and coordinating short-form video content, content days, including trend research and shot lists
• Schedule and publish content natively and through scheduling platforms
• Monitor community engagement (comments, DMs, tags) and respond in brand voice
• Track performance metrics and assist in monthly reporting and optimization recommendations
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Support content organization, asset management, and internal workflow processes
• Proactively bring new ideas to improve engagement, reach, and overall client performance

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or 3 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination (agency experience preferred)
• Experience with social media marketing and familiarity with all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft office, G-suite, Slack, Canva, influencer management platforms, and photo/video editing apps
• Experience with outreach and creating connections with people from all walks of life, especially social media influencers
• Be able to think outside of the box to create unique experiences for our influencers
• Excellent communication skills to respond to both negative and positive inquiries on social media
• Great attitude and a team player; outgoing personality to meet with clients and influencers
• Acute attention to detail and an ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams
