Job Description

The Marketing Data Specialist supports the Brand by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data across social platforms to generate clear, actionable insights. This role tracks and validates key metrics, researches influencer and celebrity sentiment, monitors audience perception, and develops dashboards and reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and documentation of KPIs and tracking methodologies
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholder teams
  • Research and analyze sentiment, audience perception, and Brand mentions
  • Identify shifts in sentiment, emerging narratives, and potential reputational risks
  • Develop data-backed recommendations to optimize campaigns and engagement
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance reporting and data-driven decision making
  • Assist Social Media, Brand Activations, and Founder-focused teams with influencer, athlete, and celebrity tracking and performance metrics

Travel Requirements:

Up to 10%

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience; agency background preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the various social platforms to gather data and sentiment, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Exceptional attention to detail and very organizational skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work well in both collaborative and independent work environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing data tools and media tools, including Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, and YouGov
