Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Full-time
Ardmore, PA, US
About the job
Tired Hands Brewing Company is a dynamic, community-focused craft brewery known for innovative, flavor-forward beers. We operate vibrant taprooms and restaurants featuring an exceptional food program that pairs beautifully with our brews. Our business spans direct-to-consumer retail at our locations, wholesale distribution of core brands to partners across multiple states, active expansion into grocery channels, and a standout top-tier Non-Alcoholic beer that delivers world-class taste yet flies under the radar for many consumers.
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and passionate Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to amplify our story across local partnerships, digital channels, drive engagement, support sales growth across all channels (taproom, wholesale, grocery), and build lasting community in today’s fast-paced beverage landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, create, and manage high-engagement content (short-form video/Reels/TikTok, photography, graphics, captions, live stories) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms to showcase new beer releases, food pairings, taproom vibes, Non-Alcoholic education, distributor activations, and grocery launches.
- Develop and execute a rolling social media editorial calendar that balances planned campaigns (product drops, seasonal food menus, NA promotions) with agile, real-time content while adapting to industry trends and business priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with taproom operations, restaurant/chefs, sales/distributor teams, and senior leadership to align messaging, develop trade-friendly assets, and produce integrated campaigns that drive on-premise traffic, wholesale sell-through, and off-premise awareness.
- Build and nurture authentic online communities: monitor conversations, respond to comments/DMs/reviews promptly and in THBC’s distinctive voice, foster user-generated content, and escalate issues professionally.
- Manage paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, etc.): define audience targeting, set campaign objectives (traffic, conversions, awareness), optimize creative/ad sets, track ROI, and report on performance tied to key metrics (visits, sales lift, engagement).
- Grow and maintain our email subscriber list; design, write, and send weekly newsletters highlighting new beers, food specials, NA options, events, and exclusive offers.
- Keep the THBC website dynamic and SEO-optimized with fresh copy, imagery, event calendars, menu updates, and content that highlights retail experiences, restaurant program, core brands, and grocery availability.
- Analyze digital performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, social listening, and UTM tracking; deliver monthly insights reports linking efforts to business outcomes (foot traffic, distributor orders, brand sentiment).
- Stay ahead of beverage trends (No/Low innovation, short-form video dominance, Gen Z preferences for purpose-driven brands, social commerce) and propose initiatives like influencer/micro-influencer partnerships, UGC campaigns, virtual tastings, or promotions.
- Ensure all content adheres to alcoholic beverage advertising regulations (age-gating, responsible messaging) while creatively expressing THBC’s innovative, welcoming, and community-centric tone.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of hands-on social media/digital marketing experience; direct exposure to craft beer, alcoholic beverages, CPG, wholesale/distributor environments, or hospitality strongly preferred.
- Outstanding copywriting, editing, and brand voice adaptation skills (consumer, trade/B2B, educational for NA beer).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) for photo/video editing; bonus for CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar short-form tools.
- Strong grasp of social advertising platforms, analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), basic SEO, and email tools (e.g., Mailchimp or Klaviyo).
- Proficient in AI based tools and LLM models that can be leveraged to build creative assets and automate marketing campaigns/funnel implementation.
- Visual storytelling sensibility with an eye for scroll-stopping beer/food/experiential imagery.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to connect digital efforts to measurable sales/traffic impact.
- Genuine passion for craft beer, great food, Non-Alcoholic innovation, and community-building—enthusiasm for introducing our exceptional NA beer to new audiences is a must.
- Knowledge of TTB/FAA Act compliance for alcohol advertising preferred.
