Overview We are seeking an exceptional VP, Strategy & Analytics to lead insight-led thinking, creator intelligence, and strategic rigor across our agency accounts. Internally, the VP will manage and collaborate with team members on building out brand-level integrated influencer strategies, and support these direct reports in managing day-to-day relationships. Externally, the VP will be a trusted strategic advisor for the our clients and agencies in driving efficiencies and maximizing value from the influencer ecosystem.
This leader will serve as a key thought partner to client and agency-side leadership, guiding how influence is activated, measured, and evolved across our brand’s portfolios. You’ll lead in translating culture, data, and platform trends into creator-first strategies that deliver business results.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior point of contact for the Agency clients across creator marketing programs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and excellence in execution.
- Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Translate brand priorities into actionable creator-first strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Translate reporting outputs into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, connecting creator performance to business KPIs.
- Provide forward-looking, data-informed recommendations to continuously evolve creator strategy.
- Maintain an expert understanding of the creator and cultural landscapes, with the ability to bring a proactive POV to the client and internal teams on where the creator economy is heading and how to stay ahead of it.
- Partner with the EVP, Strategy & Analytics, on ensuring executional and strategic excellence across clients, as well as proactive sharing and collaboration with peers to consistently evolve and optimize strategy and agency thought-leadership.
- Manage and mentor a team to grow the next generation of strategic leaders.
Qualifications Who You Are
- A hybrid strategy and analytics leader with 12–15+ years of experience across influencer, media, digital, or brand strategy - ideally within agency or consultancy environments.
- Deep understanding of creator/influencer and an understanding of the category’s pace, nuance, and consumer mindset is key to success.
- A proven team builder with 5-7+ years managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proven success translating marketing objectives into influencer/creator programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Hands-on experience with platforms as it relates to:
- Influencer/Creator Marketing (Captiv8, Traackr, CreatorIQ, Tagger, etc.)
- Social Media Management/Listening (Pulsar, Quid, Infegy, Brandwatch, etc.)
- Insights Tools and Resources (GWI, Demographics Pro, Mintel, eMarketer, etc.)
- Exceptional relationship management skills, trusted by clients, respected by creators, and collaborative with peers.
- Highly proactive and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward action and the ability to bring clarity in moments of ambiguity.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams.

Compensation Range: $190,000 - $200,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
