Overview
Roka is seeking an experienced, polished, and service-focused strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing initiatives across all channels. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the marketing team, driving brand strategy, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent storytelling that reflects Roka Akor’s refined and contemporary Japanese dining experience. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the graphic design team as well as cross-functional operations teams to develop impactful campaigns, support restaurant-level initiatives, and elevate the guest journey through thoughtful and cohesive marketing efforts. Serving as a key liaison between marketing, operations, and executive leadership, this role embodies Roka Akor’s brand philosophy—ensuring every touchpoint reflects sophistication, precision, and excellence inspired by modern Japanese hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of leadership for the marketing team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and day-to-day support
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth
- Oversee content calendars, digital initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand activations across all locations
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and campaign objectives
- Partner with operations, culinary, and beverage teams to align marketing efforts with in-restaurant initiatives, seasonal launches, and special programming
- Coordinate with executive leadership to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals
- Manage social media strategy, email marketing, website content, and digital advertising initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure brand consistency across all guest-facing touchpoints, maintaining Roka Akor’s refined and contemporary identity
- Support public relations initiatives, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community engagement efforts
- Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agency partnerships as needed
- Lead marketing meetings and cross-department briefings to align teams on upcoming initiatives
- Uphold company policies, brand standards, and operational protocolsMaintain a strategic, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Training & Leadership Requirements
- Completion of company marketing onboarding and brand standards training
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members
- Strong understanding of hospitality marketing trends and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hospitality marketing, luxury lifestyle marketing, or restaurant marketing
- Prior experience in a marketing leadership or managerial role preferred
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of brand development, digital strategy, and guest acquisition
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, including graphic design and content production
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Polished professional presence and strong cross-functional leadership skills
