We are a fast-growing ecommerce and home services company providing mobility solutions, stairlifts, elevators, and other healthcare equipment. We serve both retail and in-home service customers and are looking for a versatile marketer to drive all marketing channels.

Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own all marketing channels, including Klaviyo email/SMS, paid digital campaigns, TV, and other traditional marketing initiatives. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across home services and retail divisions while driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow email & SMS marketing programs (Klaviyo)
  • Plan, buy, and manage digital media campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic, YouTube)
  • Plan and manage traditional media campaigns (TV, radio, print)
  • Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, landing pages, and creative
  • Analyze performance metrics across all channels and optimize for ROI
  • Build and maintain a marketing calendar for campaigns across all divisions
  • Oversee creative production for ads, landing pages, and promotions
  • Support marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution across all channels

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in email marketing, digital media buying, or traditional marketing
  • Proven experience running paid social, search, display, and TV campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and ROI
  • Experience with Organic social media and building a micro/macro influencer network
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience creating campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing performance
  • Bonus: Klaviyo experience, HTML/CSS for email templates, video ad production knowledge

Pay: $51,250.97 - $70,000.00 per year
