Compensation: $55,000–$85,000 total first-year earnings (base + commission), with uncapped earning potential.

Hubbard Radio Seattle & 2060 Digital is hiring a driven Account Executive to build new business and grow client partnerships across some of Seattle’s most recognized media brands, including MOViN 92.5, Warm 106.9, 98.9 THE BULL, and the nationally syndicated Brooke & Jeffrey Show.

Through our full-service digital advertising agency, 2060 Digital, you’ll also represent comprehensive marketing solutions including paid social, paid search, OTT/CTV, streaming audio, podcast advertising, influencer campaigns, display, SEO, and more.

This is a performance-based role for someone motivated by earning potential, personal growth, and winning new business in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and open new local business relationships

• Develop customized marketing solutions across radio, streaming, podcast, and digital platforms

• Present ideas confidently to business owners and decision makers

• Close business and grow accounts over time

• Attend station events, client functions, and community activations

• Work toward clear monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

Media experience is not required. Sales experience is helpful but not mandatory. We train the right person.

Ramp & Compensation Structure

To support ramp-up, this role includes a guaranteed base compensation structure during the first year. As your client base grows, compensation transitions into a full commission-based model designed to reward performance and long-term growth.
