About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead a critical area of our core AI platform. This is a high-impact role in enabling our AI teams to develop, deploy, and scale our AI models rapidly and reliably. You'll be the voice of the developer and operational teams, translating their needs into a product roadmap and ensuring we provide the tools and infrastructure they need to succeed. This role requires a deep understanding of the underlying technologies and a passion for building a world-class developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and execution of your assigned product area, directly impacting the productivity and innovation of our AI development teams. Your success will depend on your ability to collaborate effectively, champion best practices, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You will own the area roadmap, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-impact solutions.

Platform Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and evangelize the product vision and roadmap for your assigned area, aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Translate technical capabilities and infrastructure challenges into compelling product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Analyze incidents, system performance, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration & Influence

• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure successful execution of the roadmap.
• Act as a key influencer across different teams, driving alignment on product direction and best practices.

Focus Area Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for a key, strategic initiative within our AI platform. This will involve defining the product vision and strategy, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful delivery.
• You will be expected to lead a complex set of technical challenges, working closely with engineering teams to build innovative solutions.
• You will be a champion for user needs, translating them into actionable product requirements and driving continuous improvement of our platform.

Business Qualifications

• Have experience with AI platform and system-level products.
• Are comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Take initiative in bringing structure, focus, and collaboration.
• Can define product intent, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Partner closely with other members of product management, engineering, design, and data.
• Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform coherence.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level of real-world experience.
