We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager who can lead both big-picture growth initiatives and day-to-day execution.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving traffic, increasing revenue, building brand awareness, and leading all marketing initiatives across digital, in-park, and local community channels.
This role blends strategy, analytics, creative direction, and operational execution. You must be equally comfortable reviewing ad performance metrics, launching promotions, coordinating influencers, building campaigns, and managing vendors.
This is not a passive management role; this is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans
- Drive attendance growth across daily play, events, parties, and group sales
- Manage promotional calendar (seasonal campaigns, birthday pushes, school breaks, special events)
- Identify new revenue-driving initiatives and partnerships
Digital Marketing
- Oversee paid media (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Optimize SEO and local search presence
- Manage email & SMS campaigns (segmentation, automation, performance tracking)
- Monitor website performance, conversion rates, and UX improvements
- Track UTM strategy and campaign attribution
Social Media & Content Leadership (Major Component)
- Own and oversee all HQ social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Develop monthly content strategy aligned with promotions and events
- Lead content calendar planning and execution
- Direct video shoots and in-park content creation
- Oversee influencer collaborations and local creator partnerships
- Manage community engagement, comments, and reputation tone
- Analyze social performance metrics and optimize growth
- This role is responsible for ensuring HQ maintains an active, engaging, and conversion-focused social presence.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own marketing KPIs: traffic, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV
- Deliver weekly performance dashboards
- Identify trends and make data-driven decisions
Brand & Creative Direction
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Oversee design of email campaigns, promotional graphics, signage, and in-park marketing materials
- Collaborate with creative teams on campaign visuals and messaging
Community & Partnerships
- Develop relationships with local schools, youth sports teams, influencers, and corporate groups
- Identify local oppotiunites for engagment
- Identify cross-promotional partnerships
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage internal marketing team members and/or contractors
- Oversee agency relationships (ads, SEO, creative)
- Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, events, and leadership
Requirements:Qualifications
- 5+ years marketing experience (entertainment, attractions, hospitality, retail, or experiential preferred)
- Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
- Experience with CRM/email marketing platforms
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience managing budgets and reporting performance metrics
