Sales and Community Associate

Part 2 Resale Clothing Co. is a curated secondhand shop opening this spring in Denver, CO. Our mission is to offer community-centered space to shop and swap secondhand style, inspiring others to keep clothing in the loop instead of the landfill.

Hours will begin in March at 5–10 hours per week, increasing to 25–32 hours per week once the store opens in April. Join a women-owned, secondhand retail startup in the heart of Highlands Square in Denver, Colorado. We are looking for an enthusiastic, fashion- and resale-obsessed individual who can help us create engaging content leading up to our store opening and beyond.

In this role, you will engage with customers both virtually and in person, promoting our quality secondhand clothing, vibrant community, and exciting ongoing events. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside the business as we implement new and evolving operations for a buy, sell, trade model. Job duties:

• Take ownership of our social media, including Instagram and TikTok, to build anticipation for our store opening and continue driving sales and foot traffic
• PR and community outreach: connect with local publications, community networks, influencers, and vendors to promote the store and encourage collaborative events
• Collaborate with the store manager and local partners on events, pop-ups, and activations, bringing creative ideas to the table
• Assist customers in-store with attentive, friendly customer service
• Fashion styling and helping customers put together looks
• Help support future online shop content (Shopify) as the business grows

The ideal candidate is:

• Engaging and customer-focused and considers themselves a “people person”
• Has retail experience (preferred but not required)
• Loves fashion and is passionate about secondhand style
• Has marketing and content creation experience and can share examples of Reels and TikToks
• Creative, understands social media trends, and has out-of-the-box ideas to stand out
• Able to work one weekend day per week, with flexibility to request time off with adequate notice

Compensation & Perks

• $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience
• Perks include bonuses and free clothing with sales targets

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 32.0 per week
