Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to join our Denver-based marketing team. This is a hybrid-friendly role for someone who can think strategically, stay organized, and turn ideas into engaging content across multiple channels. You’ll lead content planning, guide content creation efforts, and help shape how Lifetime shows up online.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Content Strategy: Develop and own the content calendar across social media, YouTube, blog, and email
  • Campaign Planning: Build content themes, campaigns, and production schedules aligned with marketing priorities and mid-funnel lead nurturing goals
  • Creator Collaboration: Work with the on-site Content Creator and freelancers in other markets to define what content should be captured, including shot lists, testimonials, interviews, and project documentation
  • Creative Direction: Provide clear creative briefs and feedback on raw footage and assets to ensure alignment with brand standards and the content calendar
  • Content Production: Film additional content as needed and support the creation of polished, on-brand assets
  • Editing: Edit video content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, and other platforms using tools like Premiere, CapCut, or similar software
  • Social Media Management: Manage Lifetime’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Nextdoor, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Publishing: Schedule and publish content, write captions, select hashtags, and optimize posts for engagement
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, engage with followers, and help build a strong online community
  • Performance Reporting: Track content metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and leads, then use the data to refine content strategy and improve results
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current on platform changes, content trends, and emerging opportunities such as influencer partnerships and user-generated content

What You Need

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or a related role
  • Track Record: Proven success growing social media accounts and driving measurable engagement
  • Editing Skills: Strong video editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Collaboration: Experience working with photographers, videographers, freelancers, or internal creators on content development
  • Writing Ability: Strong writing skills for captions, scripts, and creative briefs
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency with social media scheduling and management platforms
  • Work Style: Self-starter who can work independently, manage deadlines, and stay organized
  • Communication: Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and vendor coordination

Nice to Have

  • Industry Experience: Background in home improvement, home services, or construction
  • Influencer Strategy: Experience with influencer partnerships and user-generated content programs
  • YouTube Knowledge: Familiarity with YouTube strategy and audience growth
  • Freelancer Oversight: Experience managing freelance videographers and editors
