A Day in the Life:
Lead the end‑to‑end influencer program across multiple brands, oversee creator sourcing, negotiation, briefing, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Build long‑term creator partnerships while collaborating closely with teams to deliver culturally relevant, on‑brand activations that drive engagement and measurable business impact.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Project Management: Collaborate with digital marketing managers on the planning and management of cross channel editorial calendars. Lead and manage end‑to‑end influencer programs across five portfolio brands, tailoring campaign strategies and activations to each brand’s identity to drive engagement and business impact.
- Source, vet, and negotiate with influencers, creators, and ambassadors to ensure alignment with brand values and achieve campaign objectives efficiently and within budget.
- Develop and deliver clear, tailored influencer briefs in partnership with Social and Content teams to guide creators in producing on‑brand, high‑quality content.
Brainstorm with internal teams to garner the most creative and strategic digital plans, targeting and campaign recommendations. Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, performance is accurately analyzed, and strategic opportunities for growth are identified.
- Build and maintain long‑term creator and ambassador relationships to foster sustained advocacy and strengthen brand community presence.
- Manage the Influential platform and maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting to measure performance, benchmark success, and optimize future influencer initiatives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Creative, Paid Media, and Legal teams to integrate influencer activations into broader marketing initiatives and maximize reach and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Administration: is highly organized and detail-oriented and excels at balancing multiple priorities while building and maintaining strong organizational relationships. i.e. calendars, agendas, scheduling meetings
- By managing the Influential platform and a consistent reporting framework, amplify content, optimize Return On Investment (ROI), and help position company as a leader in the creator space.
Who You Are:
Education &: Experience:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of - Marketing, Communications, or related field
Between 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships. Between 3-5 years of experience in project management.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
