What you´ll do
The Vice President of Marketing for Pravana and Zotos Professional is a strategic leader responsible for shaping long‑term brand vision, accelerating category leadership, and driving measurable growth. This leader oversees the full marketing ecosystem, including brand strategy, creative development, new product innovation, digital acceleration, and go‑to‑market execution. The VP Marketing ensures Pravana and Zotos deliver culturally relevant storytelling, breakthrough campaigns, and differentiated innovation that elevates our position with hair professionals and next‑generation prosumers.
Brand Strategy and Vision
- Refine and advance brand strategy, positioning, and architecture for Pravana and Zotos within the professional and prosumer landscape
- Evolve brand identity, visual guidelines, and messaging frameworks that reinforce brand equity
- Lead annual brand planning, translating business goals into clear marketing strategies
- Serve as brand guardian, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
- Develop deep consumer understanding and translate insights into actionable strategies
New Product Development & Innovation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end NPD strategy from opportunity identification to launch execution
- Build a future-focused innovation pipeline across brands, balancing renovation, line extensions, and disruptive new platforms
- Use consumer insights, stylist feedback, trend forecasting, and competitive analysis to guide product concepting
- Oversee claims strategy, product positioning, naming, packaging design direction, and launch readiness
- Ensure new products reinforce brand equities and address emerging professional and prosumer needs
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Oversee development of 360° campaigns that bring product launches, hero franchises, and brand equities to life
- Drive creative excellence across visual storytelling, brand voice, and asset creation
- Partner closely with Creative, Digital, and Sales to deliver cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
- Optimize campaigns for both the stylist journey (in salon, distribution) and the consumer journey (search, social, retail, e commerce) to drive sell through
Marketing Channel Leadership
- Lead all earned, owned, and paid brand channels including social strategy and content development, influencer, artist and ambassador programs, PR and media relations, brand partnerships, and collaborations
What makes you a good fit
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in professional hair, beauty, or consumer brands
- Expertise in brand management, innovation strategy, digital marketing, and integrated campaign development
- Strong background in omnichannel marketing across professional distribution, retail, and DTC
- Demonstrates agility, resilience, and ability to lead through change in fast paced environments
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable, high impact plans
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets

The salary for this role is $195,000.00 - $220,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
