Marketing & Social Media Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB:

We’re looking for a creative, organized Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage our social platforms, grow audience engagement, and support brand marketing initiatives. You’ll oversee content creation, influencer partnerships, community engagement, and performance reporting across all major social channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and publish content across social platforms
  • Manage influencer and creator partnerships
  • Build and maintain content calendars
  • Track KPIs, audience growth, and campaign performance
  • Support social listening, community management, and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on campaigns and product launches
  • Use basic analytics, design, and video editing tools
  • Assist with PR boxes and influencer kit preparation

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–4 years social media or digital content experience
  • Strong understanding of social trends, UGC, and social commerce
  • Skilled in writing, content planning, and community engagement
  • Experience managing creator contracts and usage rights
  • Highly organized, creative, and proactive
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications preferred
