- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or go-to-market strategy and operations in media and consumer technology.
- Experience working in the creator economy.
- Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, including its viewers, creators, advertisers, and products.
- Understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including campaign mechanics, talent selection and vetting, and performance measurement.
- Ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable insights for product development and translate offerings for users.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The YouTube Business Product Activation Team is responsible for bringing product to market and market to product. The team works closely with both business and product leaders to scale adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include: designing go-to-market strategies, identifying and prioritizing product activation opportunities across the business, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving execution on product activation across segments, understanding needs of partners and creators to provide Product teams with market feedback and prioritization to shape product roadmaps, developing content strategy, collecting and synthesizing user feedback, and tracking performance.At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners and creators.
- Define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, including communication documents, experiments, trusted tester programs and quarterly forecasting.
- Achieve operational excellence by setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), driving annual business planning and managing key programs.
- Collaborate with global and regional Business and Product Management teams to deliver business outcomes and product adoption goals.
