Music Campaign & Content Coordinator (FANTAM Records)

Intro:
FANTAM Records, part of Phantom Virtual LLC, is looking for a motivated, organized, and creative individual to help drive our music release campaigns and content operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage content across social platforms for artist releases
• Assist in planning and executing music rollout timelines (assets, posts, key dates)
• Support with building and maintaining media outreach lists and drafting pitches
• Track analytics and provide weekly summaries on campaign performance

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic familiarity with social media management and content scheduling tools
• Interest in music, digital marketing, or public relations
• Spanish fluency a plus
