- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in creator/influencer marketing, social media strategy, brand partnerships, or related fields.
- Experience using performance data to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and build client narratives.
- Experience developing and executing creator-led marketing campaigns, with a track record of measurable business results (e.g., business growth, ROAS, brand lift).
- Knowledge of the YouTube platform.
- Understanding of the broader digital advertising and creator economy landscape.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts and the "magic of creators" into compelling, data-driven business cases for executive-level audiences.

As a Creator Lead, you will be behind the next wave of advertising innovation for our clients. You will own the Partnership Ads business stream, transforming it from a series of experimental activations into an essential, always-on component of our clients' media strategies. You will build and scale our creator solutions, showing their immense value and guiding our blue-chip partners into the future of marketing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Take direct accountability for Partnership Ads business, using data-driven performance analysis to prove creator effectiveness and scale client investment.
- Pioneer the next growth phase by scaling collaborations between top advertisers and YouTube creators through initiatives like the Creator Moments Fund.
- Serve as the resident expert, translating the "magic" of the YouTube landscape into compelling business cases that inspire sales teams and clients to act.
- Establish a "Bring, Boost and Build" rhythm by identifying high-quality content and equipping teams with the tools and narratives to activate opportunities seamlessly.
- Act as the sector, partnering with internal teams (e.g., GTM, GPS, and technical units) to align goals and optimize client results.
