Angry Chickz is one of the fastest-growing hot chicken brands in the country. We’re building a national brand with real momentum, expanding rapidly, opening new markets, and driving serious unit-level performance. We’re looking for a digital marketing leader who understands culture, content, and conversion.
If you think in hooks, live in short-form video, and know how to turn scrolls into sales, this is your seat at the table. This role owns our social growth strategy, content engine, and digital agency performance. You won’t just post.
What You’ll own:
Social Growth & Platform Strategy
- Lead platform-specific growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.
- Build a roadmap to 1M+ engaged followers intentionally, not through vanity metrics.
- Turn trends into brand moments without chasing every trend.
- Develop strategies that move customers from awareness → trial → loyalty.
- Establish scalable content pillars that fuel long-term growth.
Content That Hits
- Own short-form video strategy (Reels, TikTok, UGC, creator collaborations).
- Identify patterns that actually make people stop scrolling.
- Translate the Angry Chickz voice into bold, craveable, unmistakable content.
- Build repeatable systems for high-performing creative.
- Partner with influencers and creators who align with our edge.
Paid Media & Performance
- Lead digital agency relationships and hold partners accountable to results.
- Track and improve ROAS, CAC, engagement efficiency, traffic, and conversion.
- Drive aggressive creative testing and rapid iteration.
- Understand the difference between viral and valuable.
- Tie digital strategy directly to restaurant-level revenue and traffic.
Culture & Expansion
- Support new store openings with high-energy digital rollouts.
- Align national campaigns with local cultural moments.
- Stay ahead of algorithm shifts and platform evolution.
- Ensure Angry Chickz feels cultural — not corporate.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in digital marketing, social growth, or creator-driven brands.
- Equal parts storyteller and performance marketer.
- Comfortable managing agencies and holding partners accountable.
- Data-driven, but creatively fearless.
- Obsessed with impact, not vanity metrics.
- You understand how digital drives real in-store transactions.
- Experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or high-growth consumer brands is a strong plus.

Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $115,000 – $135,000
Incentive Bonus: Up to 20% annual bonus tied to measurable digital and revenue-driving KPIs.
Bonus metrics may include:
- Social growth and engagement benchmarks
- Paid media ROAS targets
- New store launch performance metrics
- Content scalability benchmarks
- Contribution to traffic and revenue growth
