Position Overview

Echelon is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support daily content execution and brand storytelling across all platforms.

This role will work directly with the Head of Brand to ensure cohesive messaging, visual alignment, and strong execution across product launches, athlete partnerships, and brand campaigns.

This position is hands-on content roles focused on capturing, editing, and publishing high-quality short-form content while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Execution & Publishing:

• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Capture lifestyle, studio, and product content in assigned location
• Support product launch rollouts and campaign execution
• Maintain a consistent content calendar

Brand Alignment:

• Work closely with Head of Brand to ensure messaging consistency
• Follow established brand guidelines and visual standards
• Assist in building cohesive storytelling across platforms

Content Coordination:

• Organize and manage digital assets
• Assist in coordinating influencer and athlete deliverables
• Support trade show and event coverage (HFA, CES, etc.)

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track engagement, reach, and growth
• Assist in weekly performance reporting
• Identify content trends and growth opportunities

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Organized, fast-moving, and execution-focused
• Passion for fitness, performance, or recovery preferred

Compensation:

$18- $20 per hour, based on experience.

Growth path toward Social Media Manager based on performance.
