Duties
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned influencer clients
- Build trust through proactive communication, clarity, and reliability
- Anticipate client needs before they arise and ensure they always feel supported
- Join client calls as needed to provide operational insights and context
Content Operations
- Oversee daily deliverables including LTK posts, carousels, newsletters, and video content
- Manage task assignments and deadlines for editors and VAs
- Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand strategy before sending to the client
- Schedule LTK and social posts based on client calendars and priorities
Team Coordination
- Communicate with editors, VAs, and specialists to ensure projects stay on track
- Assign and monitor daily client tasks within Asana
- Help troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks or missed deadlines
Client Scorecards & Reporting
- Monitor client performance metrics and scorecards weekly
- Flag trends, wins, or issues that may need leadership attention
Contribute ideas to improve client results, satisfaction, and efficiency
Tools You’ll Use
- Project Management: Asana
- Communication: Slack, Email
- Content & Systems: LTK, Google Drive, Flodesk, ManyChat, Canva, Zapier (as needed)
Additional Information
Social media and content creation experience is preferred, especially in the influencer marketing realm. This position will be about 20-30 hours per week and you will be paid on retainer. You are required to have your own personal computer.
