Role Overview

We need a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketing and sales professional who can:

  • Manage and grow social media with strategy (not random posting)
  • Coordinate content creation and influencer outreach
  • Drive traffic and conversions for our beauty brand
  • Support wholesale perfume sales by communicating with retail clients in English and Spanish
  • Help turn marketing activity into measurable revenue

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution (Perfume Division):

  • Communicate with wholesale clients (retailers) in English and Spanish
  • Follow up on leads and maintain relationships
  • Support order processing and basic CRM updates
  • Help identify new retail opportunities
  • Assist with outbound outreach to potential accounts

Marketing & Social Media (Beauty Brand):

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars
  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Coordinate UGC creators and influencers
  • Write captions, hooks, email campaigns, and basic ad copy
  • Track KPIs: engagement, CTR, conversion rate, revenue
  • Work with creative team on product launches and campaigns
  • Assist with giveaways, promotions, and brand collaborations

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, social media, or sales
  • Beauty or fragrance industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta preferred)
  • Comfortable on camera is a plus
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Must understand basic sales math (margin, conversion rate, ROI)

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $16 - $20 Per hour ( based on prior experience)
  • Performance Bonuses tied to revenue growth and sales targets
  • Growth opportunities within a scaling brand

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
