Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement.
- Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to drive traffic, leads, or sales.
- Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance; prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate public relations initiatives by managing relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners; craft press releases and promotional materials as needed.
- Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually appealing marketing assets.
- Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and streamlining workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of platform-specific strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software for creating dynamic visual content.
- Skilled in graphic design principles with an eye for branding consistency.
- Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and industry conversations effectively.
- Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising along with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to interpret data trends.
- Excellent content creation abilities including proofreading for clarity and accuracy across all formats.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques combined with keyword research skills to enhance content visibility.
