Social Media Manager/Partner

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Plan, film, photograph, and edit high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Capture behind-the-scenes footage of staff, and daily operations.

Create short-form videos, product features, customer stories, and brand-focused content.

Maintain a consistent visual and brand style across all platforms.

Social Media Management:

Manage daily posting schedules across platforms.

Write engaging captions and calls-to-action aligned with brand voice.

Monitor comments and messages and engage with followers professionally.

Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Track performance metrics and adjust content based on analytics.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Brand & Community Building:

Represent the brand with authenticity and professionalism.

Build relationships with customers, creators, and brand partners.

Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations.

General Support:

Request and direct involvement from employees and managers.

Request any pictures and videos from employees.

Assist the business with any additional marketing or creative needs as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience creating content for social media platforms.

Strong video editing and photography skills (mobile and/or DSLR).

Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.

Ability to use Canva or photoshop.

Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must be comfortable around animals.

Interest in reptiles and dogs is a plus.

Compensation & Career Growth:

Majority Ownership of Social media net profit of 2 companies, 1 community event, a board seat and possible 10% net profit of event.
