Overview:

Wicked Warnings is seeking an in-house Social Media Manager to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Theideal candidate will be on-site daily to produce and publish content, manage real-time engagement, and execute a data-driven social strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • -Produce and direct creation of compelling content (short-form video, photos, captions, graphics, and copy) on-site; film, photograph, and edit content as needed.

  • -Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok that supports organizational objectives and target audiences and publish content across platforms, applying platform-specific best practices, captions, hashtags, and metadata to maximize reach and discoverability.

  • -Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure daily posting cadence and optimal publish times; use social media management tools to schedule and automate posts while monitoring for accuracy and timeliness.

  • -Monitor and moderate community interactions — respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally; escalate customer- or brand-sensitive issues to appropriate teams.

  • -Track and analyze performance using social analytics tools; prepare regular reports (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth) and use insights to refine strategy and creativity.

-Stay current on social trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging formats; recommend new tactics and pilot creative initiatives to boost visibility and growth.

-Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify campaigns.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure consistent brand voice and coordinated campaigns.

-Ensure all content and social activities comply with applicable laws and platform policies, including copyright and data protection.

Qualifications:

-2–4+ years of social media or digital content experience, preferably with hands-on short-form video production.

-Proven track record growing and engaging audiences on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

-Strong video production and editing skills (mobile and desktop tools), plus photography and graphic fundamentals.

  • -Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and respond quickly to real-time social engagement.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in scheduling, publishing, and reporting.

Expectations:

  • -Minimum one post per platform per day (platform-appropriate formats).

Active moderation of comments and messages during business hours.

-Regular performance reporting and proactive strategy recommendations.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of brand voice and audience-first content.
