Meal Prep Sunday is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role where your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will directly impact the performance of our entire marketing funnel, from social media and paid ads to landing pages and email campaigns.
Our mission is to become the #1 nationwide fitness meal prep service, expanding into supplements, wellness, and influencer-driven content. You’ll have the opportunity to analyze, optimize, and test across all customer touchpoints, helping us convert more visitors into loyal Meal Prep Sunday clients.
This is a fast-paced, results-focused role where data meets creativity. Your work will be crucial in shaping our marketing strategies, improving conversion rates, and scaling campaigns that engage thousands of customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour Day shift, Monday to Friday
Salary: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Location: In-person (Vista, CA)
Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze daily and weekly marketing funnel performance, including landing pages, ad campaigns, email campaigns, and social media conversions.
- Drop Identification & Testing: Identify the largest drop-offs in the funnel, particularly on landing pages and order pages, and propose solutions to increase conversion rates.
- Hypothesis Development: Write and share data-driven hypotheses to improve conversions; plan A/B and multivariate tests across all channels.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Research competitors’ funnels and best practices to inform optimization strategies.
- Tool Navigation & Implementation: Use CRO and analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, and explore new software solutions to improve funnel performance.
- Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, conversion metrics, and test results; communicate insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing coordinators, graphic designers, media buyers, and content creators to implement optimizations and creative solutions.
Required Skillset
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, or CRO-related roles.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization principles, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with analytics and CRO software (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar).
- Comfort with data visualization and reporting to clearly communicate results and recommendations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple testing projects under tight deadlines.
- Proactive self-starter with a results-driven mindset and curiosity for improving processes.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
