Clean Health is Clean Nutra's telehealth division — launching in Q2 2026 to bring convenient, affordable healthcare to thousands of patients nationwide. We're partnering with MD Integrations (physician network) and Empower Pharmacy (prescription fulfillment) to deliver a seamless, end-to-end patient experience.

We're searching for a Marketing Manager to build Clean Health's patient acquisition engine from the ground up — developing digital marketing strategies, creating compliant health content, launching paid campaigns, and turning traffic into patients. You'll own the entire funnel from awareness to conversion.

You'll work directly with the CEO, Operations team, and external partners to drive predictable, profitable patient acquisition. This role is central to Clean Health's mission of making healthcare accessible and affordable while building a sustainable, scalable growth engine.

Core Responsibilities

Patient Acquisition & Growth

  • Own the complete patient acquisition funnel: Awareness Interest Sign-up Conversion

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and organic channels

  • Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok)

  • Optimize CAC (customer acquisition cost) and LTV (lifetime value) across all channels

  • Build patient referral and affiliate partnership programs

  • Track and report patient acquisition metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI)

  • Scale successful campaigns from hundreds to thousands of patients per month

Content Strategy & Compliance

  • Create healthcare-compliant content strategy:

  • Educational blog posts, social media content, email campaigns

  • Video content for organic social (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)

  • Landing pages optimized for conversion

  • Patient testimonials and success stories

  • Navigate healthcare marketing compliance:

  • Understand FTC guidelines (no false medical claims)

  • HIPAA-compliant marketing (patient privacy)

  • Platform policies (Meta, Google health advertising rules)

  • Work with legal/compliance team on ad copy review

Channel Management & Optimization

  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):

  • Build and test campaigns for patient acquisition

  • A/B test audiences, creative, and messaging

  • Retargeting campaigns for abandoned sign-ups

  • Google Ads (Search & YouTube):

  • Keyword research and bid management

  • Search campaigns for high-intent patients

  • YouTube video ads for awareness

  • TikTok:

  • Organic content strategy (health education, brand awareness)

  • TikTok Ads for patient acquisition

  • Influencer partnerships

  • Email & SMS:

  • Build email nurture sequences (sign-up appointment retention)

  • SMS campaigns for appointment reminders and follow-ups

  • Retention marketing (upsells, renewals)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboard (Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM)

  • Track core metrics:

  • CAC by channel

  • Conversion rate (traffic sign-up appointment patient)

  • LTV and retention rate

  • ROAS (return on ad spend)

  • Patient acquisition funnel drop-off points

  • Deliver weekly marketing performance reports to leadership

  • Identify underperforming channels and optimize or cut

  • Scale winners aggressively

Landing Page & Funnel Optimization

  • Design and test landing pages for different patient types (weight loss, hormones, wellness, etc.)

  • A/B test headlines, CTAs, forms, and page layouts

  • Optimize mobile experience (majority of traffic)

  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies

  • Work with development team on platform improvements

Partnerships & Brand Building

  • Build influencer partnerships (health, wellness, fitness creators)

  • Develop affiliate program for patient referrals

  • Explore B2B partnerships (gyms, wellness centers, corporate wellness)

  • Position Clean Health as a trusted, accessible telehealth brand

  • Monitor and manage online reputation (reviews, social media)

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (DOE)

Performance Bonus: Up to 25% of base salary, tied to:

  • Patient acquisition targets (monthly sign-ups)

  • CAC optimization (cost per patient)

  • ROAS performance (return on ad spend)

Growth Incentive: Quarterly bonus (up to additional 20%) based on:

  • Patient volume milestones (500, 1K, 2K, 5K patients/month)

  • LTV improvements (retention, upsells)

  • Channel profitability (net profit per patient by channel)

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience in DTC, healthcare, telehealth, or wellness brands

  • Proven track record of patient/customer acquisition (managed $50K+ monthly ad budgets)

  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (certifications a plus)

  • Healthcare marketing experience or understanding of compliance (FTC, HIPAA)

  • Data-driven mindset: Lives in analytics, optimizes based on metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)

  • Content creation skills: Can write ad copy, landing pages, email sequences

  • A/B testing experience: Knows how to test and iterate fast

Strongly Preferred:

  • Telehealth or DTC health brand experience (supplements, wellness, fitness)

  • Experience with subscription businesses (retention marketing, churn reduction)

  • SEO and content marketing (organic patient acquisition)

  • TikTok marketing (organic + paid)

  • Email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.)

  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience

Nice to Have:

  • Video production/editing skills (TikTok, Instagram Reels)

  • Influencer marketing experience

  • Affiliate program management

  • Experience scaling from $0 to $100K+ monthly ad spend

Key Outcomes (First 90 Days)

Month 1:

  • Marketing strategy and channel plan developed

  • Landing pages built and optimized

  • Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns launched

  • Content calendar created (30+ days)

  • First 100-200 patients acquired via paid ads

Month 2:

  • Ad spend scaled to $20K-30K/month

  • CAC optimized below $50 per patient

  • Email nurture sequences live

  • Organic social presence established (TikTok, Instagram)

  • 500-1,000 patients acquired

Month 3:

  • Public launch marketing campaign executed

  • Ad spend scaled to $50K+ monthly

  • 1,500-2,500 patients acquired in launch month

  • CAC <$40, LTV >$200 (5:1 ratio)

  • All channels profitable and scaling

  • Organic content generating 100K+ monthly impressions
