General Summary:
Benderson Development is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you’ll develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies for Benderson and our portfolio of over 1,000 properties across 40 states, which includes retail, office, industrial, hotel, residential, and land holdings.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategic digital marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness, generate leads for our leasing team, drive foot traffic to properties, and boost tenant sales through engaging omni-channel marketing. We’re looking for a candidate who combines creativity with strategy—someone who stays ahead of social media trends, thrives in collaboration, and can develop and execute integrated campaigns across social media, email, blogs, and other digital channels.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and optimize social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to showcase the company, premier properties and lifestyle.
- Oversee digital assets, including multiple websites, social platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
- Create editorial calendars, copy and creative content for all digital and social media campaigns.
- Evaluate social media performance and develop strategies to achieve goals.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and evaluate performance analytics across all social platforms.
- Manage deadlines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Format content, run ads, manage budgets, and evaluate performance for paid content.
- Engage with followers, influencers and tenants by responding to comments, collaborating on promotions and managing the brand's online reputation.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to create compelling, consistent content across platforms.
- Stay current with digital trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 5 + years professional digital marketing experience.
- Proven experience creating and managing successful digital campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Experience running paid media campaigns
- Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with a team to develop comprehensive social media strategies and original content.
- Strong ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Proficiency with tools like WordPress, Canva, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram
