- Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
- Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and audience sentiment, providing insights to refine content strategies.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for discoverability on search engines and within social platforms.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and inform future initiatives.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to craft positive brand narratives and manage relationship management efforts with influencers, partners, and community members.
- Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences effectively.
- Maintain proofreading standards to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and free of errors before publishing.
