TikTok Influencer Marketing Associate
Location: Irvine, CA
Full-Time | Onsite (5 days/week) | No Remote
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Irvine, CA, and we are looking for a motivated and energetic team member to join our TikTok marketing team!
Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach, and negotiate partnerships with TikTok creators and influencers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators
- Track campaign performance and analyze data to optimize results
- Stay updated on social media trends and collaborate with the team to achieve business goals
Qualifications
- Mandarin preferred
- No prior experience required — recent graduates are welcome!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in social media, influencer marketing, or e-commerce
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
