Social Media and Marketing Manager

Bubble Bee is the first and only Tea shop in Arizona making all drinks using USDA Organic Loose Tea Leaves.

Bubble Bee are a fast growing local company that gathers a group of passionate, motivated, and disciplined young people. Three locations are located at Scottsdale Quarter, Santan Village Mall and Arizona Mills. We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content with High Quality Video sand Photos to Targeted Audience Groups. Grow social media followers and promote Bubble Bee brand on social media, e.g. IG, Tiktok, FB

- Retain a firm grasp on the latest internet trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Reddit. Create social media strategies and campaigns accordingly.

- Manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates

- Monitor social media channels and respond to followers. Reply reviews on Google, Yelp and other platforms; Work with store manager to resolve the situations

- Write articles and prepare EPKs and send online and local press to seek media coverage

- Seek for Promotional and Fund Raising Opportunities in local High Schools, Colleges, Universities

- When needed, work with company internal graphic designer on promotional materials

- Perform special projects and all other initiatives as need to support the company

Requirement:

- 10-15 Hours Per Week

- Social Media Savvy, e.g. IG, TikTok, Facebook.

- Outstanding Video and Photograph Editing Skill

- Proven work experience in social media management

- Outgoing, Energetic and Positive Personality, and Self-Driven

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

- Good Time Management Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Video and Photo editing software

- Must have reliable transportation

- Passion for Bubble Bee is Preferred

Pay: $47,979.47 - $57,781.73 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
