Over the next six months, our primary focus is aggressive creator growth across multiple niches while building the credibility and infrastructure required to scale into a dominant marketplace.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who wants to build and scale a performance engine from the ground up.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Lead owns influencer acquisition at scale.
This person is responsible for driving creator sign-ups through paid acquisition, funnel optimization, performance analytics, and structured experimentation. You will design and execute strategies that bring in creators across beauty, gaming, fitness, food, sports, lifestyle, and emerging niches.
This is a build and scale role. You will work closely with leadership and the creative team to ensure messaging, creative, and performance are tightly aligned.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition Strategy
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and additional channels as needed
- Develop niche-specific targeting strategies across verticals
- Identify and test new acquisition channels
Funnel and Conversion Optimization
- Build and optimize landing pages focused on creator sign-up conversion
- Improve user flow from ad click to account creation
- Test messaging frameworks and positioning
Performance and Analytics
- Own CAC tracking and conversion metrics
- Develop performance dashboards and weekly reporting
- Run structured A B tests across audiences, creative, and copy
- Translate data into actionable growth decisions
Scaling and Growth Modeling
- Identify winning campaigns and scale budgets strategically
- Collaborate on creative testing frameworks
- Develop growth loops that compound over time
- Support marketplace growth objectives by ensuring consistent creator supply

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns at scale
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and attribution
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other paid platforms
- Strong grasp of conversion funnels and landing page optimization

We are looking for a Creative Producer who can design, write, produce, and think strategically about brand presence. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
Role Overview
The Creative Producer owns the visual and content output of Postr.
This is not just a design role. This is a hybrid creative marketing role.
You will design static assets, edit short-form video, write and refine copy, manage messaging across channels, and maintain brand consistency. You will help shape the voice of Postr and ensure that everything we publish builds credibility.
You will also contribute to the development of Postr University, our creator-focused education initiative that delivers tips, trade secrets, and strategic insights to help creators succeed.
This role builds legitimacy, voice, and momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Visual Execution
- Design static ad creatives for paid campaigns
- Create social graphics and platform visuals
- Maintain a consistent and recognizable visual identity
- Ensure design standards remain cohesive across channels
Video and Content Production
- Edit short-form video for ads and organic social
- Work with videographers or internal team members to execute concepts
- Produce content optimized for platform performance
Copy and Messaging
- Write and refine copy for social posts, ads, and campaigns
- Collaborate on messaging direction for growth initiatives
- Ensure tone and voice align with Postr’s positioning
- Translate strategy into clear, compelling creative execution
Content Strategy and Cadence
- Manage a 3 to 4 posts per week social schedule
- Collaborate on campaign themes and content frameworks
- Support influencer squad creative direction

Postr University Development
- Help develop foundational creator education content
- Create visual and written assets for educational materials
- Position Postr as a strategic authority in the creator economy

As we grow our influencer base, we need strong lifecycle infrastructure that converts sign-ups into active, engaged creators.
We are looking for a Lifecycle and CRM Marketing Strategist who can step in immediately and build structured, scalable systems inside HubSpot.
Role Overview
The Lifecycle and CRM Marketing Strategist owns the creator funnel after acquisition.
This role is responsible for turning influencer sign-ups into activated creators and keeping them engaged long term. You will design and manage the systems that move creators from awareness to onboarding to activation to retention.
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who understands lifecycle strategy and can build workflows quickly and independently.
If you are process-driven, analytical, and strong in email marketing, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Ownership
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows and automation from the ground up
- Create structured lifecycle journeys for creators

We are looking for a Creator Growth Strategist who wants to own the supply side of a marketplace from the ground up.
Role Overview
The Creator Growth Strategist is responsible for designing and managing how Postr recruits, activates, and grows creators.
This is both a strategic and operational role. You will define what our creator base should look like, how we acquire them beyond paid ads, and how we move them from sign-up to active marketplace participant.
You will own the systems that turn interest into engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who understands marketplaces, growth funnels, and lifecycle strategy and who is excited to build structure inside a fast-moving startup.
