Overview

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Growth & CRM Marketing Specialist (contract/part-time) to join Pure AutoWash & Our C-Store Portfolio. This role owns new customer acquisition into our app-based membership program and daily customer service inbox management. You will execute digital campaigns across channels, run lifecycle/retention programs, leverage Beacon Mobile/DRB, and report on performance to drive sustainable membership growth.

  • Membership Acquisition & Digital Campaigns: Plan and run campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads/Display, SEO/SEM; optimize landing pages and offers across multiple locations; conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and pages.
  • Lifecycle & Retention: Build and optimize email/SMS automation (onboarding, win-back, churn prevention, promos), push notifications, and personalized offers to increase activation and reduce churn.
  • Customer Service & Inbox Ownership: Triage and respond to customer emails daily, create macros/FAQs, escalate ops issues, and maintain SLAs for first response and resolution.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor funnel metrics and KPIs (net membership adds, CAC/ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, churn, engagement, CSAT). Build simple dashboards and provide weekly insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional & Platform Execution: Execute campaigns within Beacon Mobile/DRB, coordinate with on-site teams for in-bay/on-lot promos, and support creative needs (content, collateral, landing pages).
  • Experimentation & Innovation: Pilot new channels/partners (e.g., TikTok ads, influencers, remarketing, SMS), evaluate tools, and champion a test-and-learn culture.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years hands-on digital marketing experience managing Meta and Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and basic landing-page optimization.
  • Proven CRM/lifecycle experience for subscriptions, memberships, or loyalty programs (segmentation, drip campaigns, win-back/churn reduction).
  • Strong analytics skills with the ability to translate data into actionable tests and budget shifts.
  • Excellent written communication and service-desk etiquette; organized and responsive in managing a high-volume inbox.
  • Experience with email/SMS automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, FreshService, Mailchimp, Twilio, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Comfort running structured A/B tests and documenting learnings.
  • Ability to commit up to 20 hours per week with daily M–F inbox coverage; occasional support during campaign launches.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to collaborate on-site as needed.

Suggested Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in automotive or car wash industries.
  • Familiarity with Beacon Mobile and/or DRB wash systems.
  • Hands-on with TikTok ads, influencer collaborations, and advanced remarketing.
  • Experience with helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot Service) and CSAT/NPS programs.
  • Strength in copywriting/creative briefing; comfort with basic design tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe).
  • Cohort/retention analysis.
  • Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish) is beneficial for customer communications.

Compensation Note: Hourly rate depends on experience; bonuses are earned for hitting growth and service metrics (e.g., net new memberships, retention, ROAS, and support SLAs)
