About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Lead who is both strategic and front-facing — someone who can confidently represent our brand on camera, build genuine relationships with our community, and lead our social presence with intention.
This role goes beyond posting content. You will act as a brand ambassador, community builder, and collaboration lead, working closely with internal teams and external partners to grow a trusted, engaged audience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation & Content
- Serve as a visible ambassador of the brand, comfortable speaking on camera for social content, live sessions, and events
- Create and appear in short-form and long-form social content
- Represent the brand at online and offline events, pop-ups, panels, and community gatherings
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute the social media content calendar
- Create original content aligned with brand voice and values
- Oversee daily publishing, engagement, and performance tracking
Community & Ambassador Management
- Build and nurture brand communities across platforms
- Manage relationships with brand ambassadors
- Lead authentic conversations and maintain a positive brand presence
Team & Operations Management
- Manage and mentor social media coordinators
- Create workflows and provide direction for consistent execution
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and brand teams
Collaborations & Partnerships
- Plan and manage influencer and partner collaborations
- Coordinate campaigns from outreach to reporting
- Maintain long-term relationships with aligned creators
Qualifications
- Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
- Experience managing brand social accounts and content calendars
- Comfotable leading community conversations
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Passion for storytelling and community building
Nice to Have
- Experience hosting live sessions or events
- Background in lifestyle, wellness, family, or consumer brands
- Experience working with ambassador programs
