About your role at SuperOps

SuperOps is a SaaS startup empowering IT service providers and IT teams around the world with technology that is cutting-edge, future-ready, and powered by AI. We are backed by marquee investors like Addition, March Capital, Matrix Partners India, Elevation Capital, and Tanglin Venture Partners.

Founded by Arvind Parthiban, a serial entrepreneur, and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, a veteran in the IT space, SuperOps is built on the back of a team of engineers, product architects, designers, and AI experts, who want to reshape the world of IT. Now we have taken on a market that is plagued by legacy solutions and subpar experiences. The potential to do something great is immense. So if you love to grow, be part of a kickass team that inspires you to do more, and make an everlasting mark in the world of IT, SuperOps is the place to be.

We also believe that the journey is as important as the destination. We want to build the best products out there and have fun while doing so. So come, be part of our A-star team of superheroes.

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and customer-first Community Manager to spearhead the transformation of our MSP and IT ecosystem. You will be the “face of the community”, leveraging in-person and virtual experiences to deliver authentic storytelling, inspire community engagement, and drive brand authority.

Working at SuperOps means being part of a team where every goal and vision is in alignment. The energy here is contagious, and it's clear that everyone is deeply passionate about their work. It's this shared enthusiasm and commitment that makes SuperOps an inspiring place to grow and contribute.

What You'll Do:

Shift the community from an analog “support tool” into a 4D brand engine that elevates our customers, drives market perception, and amplifies our industry impact.

Create visually compelling, viral content that lends authority to both practical day-today use cases and cutting edge concepts.

Strategize and re-launch our AI community—an independent, expert-led space focused on open discussion and knowledge sharing.

Develop and execute a consistent programming calendar (meetups, AMAs, ongoing discussions) that drives knowledge sharing and supports long-term engagement.

Build 1:1 relationships with thought leaders, super-users, and influencers, partnering with them on out-of-the-box marketing ideas and cross-promotion strategies.

Experiment with interactive and live event formats, such as hack-a-thons, meetups, pop-up events, and thought leadership discussions that excite and educate existing and potential community members.

Synthesize actionable community insights to inform marketing campaigns, product improvements, and the agentic marketplace roadmap.

Analyze engagement metrics, including growth, sentiment, and Community-Qualified Leads (CQLs), to measure program impact and refine strategy.

Continually improve the community platform, ensuring it stays relevant by anticipating industry shifts, such as the rise of AI-driven, agnostic environments.

Maintain a consistent brand identity and vendor-neutral voice across all digital forums and physical events.

Must Have:

5+ years working in B2B community marketing for SaaS or AI-focused companies

Demonstrated track record of launching, growing, and managing thriving professional communities using creative methods and visual storytelling

Comfortable engaging with technical experts, with a clear sense of what inspires community members to join, participate, and champion a brand

Familiarity with the IT and service provider ecosystem, including real-world challenges and market segments

Hands-on experience organizing and facilitating virtual summits and in-person events powered by community involvement

Driven to look beyond surface metrics, using data to understand member value and impact on business goals

Strong grasp of the evolving AI landscape, agentic workflows, and LLMs as they relate to IT and service providers

Skilled in using AI-powered tools for community health tracking, automated moderation, and identifying key contributors

Able to distill complex online discussions or long-form content into concise, actionable takeaways for the community
