We are seeking a Marketing Associate / Junior Brand Manager to support and help execute the day-to-day marketing and brand initiatives of our growing business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone with 1–3 years of marketing experience who is eager to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly, and grow with the brand.This role will take ownership of social media execution, help launch and manage Klaviyo email marketing, support photoshoots and content creation, and work closely with our third-party partners on the rollout of our Shopify website. You will also play a key role in helping formalize our brand guide and ensuring brand consistency across channels.This is not a purely strategic role—it’s for someone who enjoys doing the work, refining processes, and helping build a brand from the inside out while being extremely hands on.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Execution

  • Take ownership of day-to-day social media execution (posting, scheduling, captions, engagement).
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
  • Assist in planning and executing content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

  • Support the launch and ongoing execution of Klaviyo email marketing.
  • Assist with campaign setup, formatting, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Help maintain email lists, segmentation, and optimization over time.

Brand & Creative Support

  • Assist in developing and finalizing the brand guide (visuals, tone, messaging).
  • Help ensure brand consistency across website, email, social, and marketing materials.
  • Support in-house photography efforts, including organizing assets and selecting imagery.

Website Collaboration (Shopify Launch)

  • Work in alignment with our third-party website team during the Shopify launch.
  • Help push through approved imagery, copy, and brand assets.
  • Assist with reviewing pages for brand consistency and accuracy (imagery, tone, layout).
  • Support in the content, product descriptions, and making sure the website team has all of the product page data needed to finalize the website and push through SEO and AEO. You will work in alignment with our warehouse manager on reviewing and supporting the data.

Photoshoots & Content Production

  • Assist with planning and execution of photoshoots.
  • Help coordinate logistics, shot lists, and post-shoot asset organization.
  • Support basic image selection and preparation for web, email, and social use.

Brand Collaborations & Events & Pop Ups

  • Support brand collaborations and partnerships from a coordination and execution standpoint.
  • Assist with communication, asset sharing, and logistics related to collaborations or events.

Future Goal: Influencer partnerships and collaborations, Tik Tok Shop, and PR and content editorial writingQualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content roles (in-house or agency).
  • Strong interest in brand building, visual storytelling, and marketing execution.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Basic experience or strong interest in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
  • Experience with Shopify Product Pages is a perk
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with founders, vendors, and third-party teams.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into increased responsibility.

  • New Website is launched and running and on brand standards
  • Social media is consistent, on-brand, and executed reliably.
  • Klaviyo email marketing is launched and running smoothly.
  • Brand assets are organized, cohesive, and aligned across channels.
  • Website launch assets are pushed through accurately and on time.
  • Photoshoots and content are well supported and efficiently executed.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
