What You’ll Do (The Mission)

Your mission is to make Launch the #1 destination for Arlington families through content creation, youth engagement, and strategic sales.

  • Digital Hype Specialist: Act as our on-camera personality. You’ll manage our social platforms (Reels, TikTok, FB), creating high-energy content that features kids, parties, and park excitement to drive FOMO and bookings.
  • Youth & School Partnerships: Proactively connect with Arlington ISD, local youth sports leagues, and PTA groups to become their "go-to" for fundraisers, end-of-season parties, and field trips.
  • The "Celebrity" Host: Lead VIP facility tours for local influencers and community leaders, showing them why Launch is the premier spot for family fun.
  • Sales Strategy & Lead Gen: Own your revenue goals by managing outbound sales and following up on leads with a personalized, high-energy touch.
  • Coaching the "Hype Crew": Train our front-line staff to be engagement experts—ensuring every child feels like a VIP and every parent sees the value in our packages.

Who You Are

  • Social Media Native: You don't just "use" social media; you understand trends, engagement hooks, and how to film content that stops the scroll.
  • Kid-Centric Energy: You know how to speak the language of fun. You can command a room of 50 kids or a boardroom of school administrators with equal confidence.
  • A "Hunter" for Opportunity: You are always looking for the next big local event or partnership to plug Launch into.
  • Organized Creator: You can balance a content calendar with a sales CRM without breaking a sweat.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in Sales, Hospitality, or Content Marketing (experience with youth-based brands is a massive plus).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in mobile video editing (CapCut, etc.), social media analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional "people skills"—you must be comfortable being the face of the brand both online and in person.
  • Availability: Must be dependable with a flexible schedule, including peak weekend hours when the park is at its highest energy.
