We are not a “set it and forget it” ad buying shop. We move fast, test aggressively, and expect media buyers to think like growth strategists — not button pushers.

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, data-obsessed Ad Buyer who understands how to scale brands profitably across TikTok, Meta, and emerging paid platforms.

This person should be equally comfortable:

  • Launching and optimizing campaigns
  • Building testing frameworks
  • Collaborating closely with creative teams
  • Translating data into actionable insights
  • Communicating clearly with clients

You will not operate in isolation — you will work directly with creative strategists, editors, influencer leads, and account managers to ensure performance and storytelling align.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
  • Build full-funnel campaign structures (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention)
  • Develop structured creative testing roadmaps
  • Manage budget pacing and allocation across multiple accounts
  • Scale winning creative quickly and decisively

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor CPA, ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, CTR, thumbstop rates, hook rates, and creative fatigue signals
  • Identify performance trends and proactively pivot
  • Conduct audience testing, offer testing, and landing page testing in collaboration with clients
  • Implement smart retargeting and retention strategies

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with creative strategists to inform ad angles based on performance data
  • Provide structured creative feedback based on metrics
  • Help identify what’s working and why
  • Ensure creative is platform-native and conversion-focused

Reporting & Communication

  • Deliver clear, concise weekly performance updates
  • Lead performance conversations on client calls when needed
  • Turn data into insights, not just dashboards
  • Provide scaling plans backed by numbers

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years hands-on paid media experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience managing $50K–$500K+ monthly budgets
  • Deep platform knowledge (Meta + TikTok required)
  • Strong understanding of DTC performance metrics
  • Experience scaling brands profitably, not just maintaining campaigns
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments
  • Proactive communicator
  • Obsessed with testing and iteration

You should know:

  • How to diagnose performance problems quickly
  • When to cut losers
  • When to scale aggressively
  • How to align paid with creative strategy
  • How to manage multiple brands without chaos

Bonus Points

  • Experience with TikTok Shop
  • Experience working alongside influencer teams
  • Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or advanced attribution tools
  • Understanding of retention metrics and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with CPG or retail launches
