Position Overview

The Social Media Manager / Program Manager / Brand Ambassador will serve as a key representative of the Nikolay & Grishko brand. This role requires strategic vision, creativity, and hands-on execution across digital content, showroom sales, pointe shoe fittings, influencer partnerships, and brand events.

The ideal candidate is passionate about dance, comfortable on camera, highly organized, and excited to travel while building meaningful relationships within the dance community.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Content Creation

• Plan, produce, film, and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Develop and execute campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal drops, events, and influencer collaborations
• Pitch innovative, trend-driven content concepts to keep the brand dynamic and competitive
• Support digital growth and engagement strategies

Orlando Showroom Sales & Client Engagement

• Work in the Orlando showroom assisting customers with fittings and sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism
• Provide in-person styling advice and showcase leotards, warm-ups, accessories, and pointe shoes

Brand Representation & Ambassadorship

• Serve as the face of Nikolay & Grishko to dancers, educators, and retailers
• Engage with the ballet and broader dance community through partnerships, content, and live events
• Represent the brand at conventions, pop-ups, trade shows, and fittings nationally and internationally

Pointe Shoe Fitting & Product Expertise

• Train to become a Master Fitter for Nikolay & Grishko pointe shoes
• Conduct fittings in the showroom and at national/international events
• Provide expert-level product education and fitting solutions to dancers and retailers

Influencer Engagement & Community Building

• Build relationships with dance influencers, educators, and schools
• Coordinate collaborations and content creation with ambassadors and emerging talent
• Grow brand presence within ballet, contemporary, commercial, and competitive dance spaces

Marketing & Commercial Strategy

• Develop strategies to expand into commercial and competitive dance markets
• Identify market gaps and reposition collections for broader appeal
• Assist with email campaigns, digital ads, photoshoots, and merchandising visuals

Product Development & Innovation

• Collaborate with the General Manager on product refinement and innovation
• Participate in design brainstorming sessions
• Provide feedback on prototypes and upcoming collections based on dancer input

Management & Brand Support

• Provide flexible support to the General Manager across brand-building initiatives
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term brand growth

Qualifications

• Strong passion for dance (professional or pre-professional background preferred)
• Experience in social media content creation (filming, editing, trend strategy)
• Comfortable on camera and confident in public-facing roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Sales or retail experience preferred
• Pointe shoe knowledge is a plus (training provided for the right candidate)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
